  • Over 300 Students €65 per person (€70 with Gold Package)

  • Over 200 Students; €70 per person (€80 with Gold Package)

  • 120 to 200 Students €75 per person (€90 with Gold Package)

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Price Quoted is based on minimum 120 students (every 10 persons under 120 will ensue a further €5 on price of ticket)
  • Although photographer is organised by the hotel, photographs taken on the night will be charged to the student
  • A booking deposit of €10 per person(€20 per couple) is required within 21 days of booking
  • Payment must be made in full before the end of summer school term
  • The hotel must be vacated before 5.00am
  • Alcohol will only be served to those persons over the age of 18. The management have the right to refuse to those who do not issue appropriate ID. Passport or Official Garda ID only will be accepted
  • Any damages incurred by the hotel as a result of inappropriate behaviour of students will be charged to the student in question
  • The Kelltic Bar will be offered to Debs Balls of 200 persons only or over as well as the VIBE niteclub
  • A guardian must accompany the Debs Ball on the premises in case of serious incident or accident on the night, this person does not need to be in the area of the ball, but must be on call and will be offered complimentary accommodation
  • The Headfort Arms does not permit those attending Debs Balls to be accommodated in the Hotel overnight, this is due to the large amount of Corporate Guests on the premises
  • The venue does not allow visiting Bands or DJ's outside of the package
  • Students found in the possession of illegal substances will be escorted off the premises and immediately reported
  • If numbers drop after booking to a different price band of ticket, the extra charge will be incurred
